Available Positions
Production Worker
• Manual and/or machine-assisted dismantling of recyclable materials; sorting of materials; and baling or other processing of materials
• Depending on the specifics of each job, jobs may include operation of lifting devices and operation of a variety of Blue Goblin equipment including balers, densifiers, grinders, and other recycling equipment
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds
• Responsible for attending all required safety trainings and for ensuring that all duties are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as requested by supervisors
• Minimum skills may be acquired through technical schools or equivalent related experience
• May required some off-site work
• Requires shift work – weekly schedules and hours will vary depending on customer needs
• Night/weekend work may be required
Material Handler
• Operate forklift and pallet jack (minimum one year forklift experience required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Manual and/or machine-assisted dismantling of recyclable materials; sorting of materials; and baling or other processing of materials

Shift Supervisor
• Supervise crews of laborers ranging from 1 to 15 employees depending on project scope
• Must be capable of performing all duties of the Laborer position described above; Supervisors will be expected to perform work along with their crews as job responsibilities permit
• Minimum of one year experience as a shift or crew supervisor in an industrial setting
• Responsible for attending all required safety trainings and for ensuring that job responsibilities, and the work of the Supervisor’s crew, are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Complete paperwork and other related duties as required
• May required some off-site work
• Requires shift work – weekly schedules and hours will vary depending on customer needs
• Night/weekend work may be required
Driver
• Drive box truck to make pick ups and deliveries of materials throughout metro Atlanta area
• Assist with loading/ unloading as needed
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds
• Responsible for attending all required safety trainings and for ensuring that all duties are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Requires pre-employment drug testing, successful completion of road test or valid CDL, three year Motor Vehicle Report, and current DOT Medical Certificate
• May require some work in facility between trips
• May require shift work – weekly schedules and hours will vary depending on customer needs
• Night/weekend work may be required
